Jonathan Boyar

Jonathan was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada and is a second-generation Nursing Home Administrator, following his father’s footsteps. However, like any good son, he went to school for something different and starting his career in the hospitality industry after earning both his Bachelors in Hotel Administration and MBA from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.  

While he enjoyed the hospitality industry, he soon learned his passion was in senior living and first became licensed in 2007. While working for a few organizations, he gained the opportunity to become licensed in multiple states including Washington, Oregon, Colorado, California, Utah and Arizona. Later, he became the first person in Nevada to earn a NAB HSE (Health Services Executive) license which combines 3 separate licenses into one: a Skilled Nursing Administrator, Assisted Living Administrator and Home Care/Hospice Administrator.  

Jonathan pulls from his various experiences in life and work to include: theater, dance, sports, leadership coaching, hospitality, D.I.S.C. training and more. This coupled with his voracious reading habit, allows him to bring captivating and unique speaking topics to audiences and groups alike. His aim is to provide insightful, thought provoking and entertaining sessions to all.
